STREAB Platform Terms of Use

Welcome to STREAB. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
- Platform: Refers to the official website (www.streab.com), the desktop application, and all associated services offered by STREAB.
- Service: Encompasses all functionalities provided by the Platform, including the video download system, the STREAB Cloud, the desktop application, and technical support.
- User: Any individual or legal entity who accesses and uses the Platform by creating an account and accepting these Terms.
- Subscription: The paid access plan (weekly, monthly, or quarterly) that grants the User the right to use the Platform's Services, with automatic renewal.
- Third-Party Content: Videos, classes, and other audiovisual materials available on online course platforms (such as H0tmart, Eduzz, Kiwify, etc.), whose copyrights belong to their respective creators and not to STREAB.
- STREAB Cloud: The private and personal cloud storage area where videos downloaded by the User are stored in an encrypted form, with exclusive access by the User.
2. Scope of Service
STREAB offers a desktop application and associated services that allow the User to: (i) Download videos from online course platforms for which they already have legitimate access, for strictly personal and offline purposes; (ii) Use a personal storage area ("STREAB Cloud") to store downloaded videos securely and encrypted; (iii) Use login automation and media capture technologies, including the decoding of DRM-protected content, under their full responsibility and for private use.
3. User's Exclusive Responsibility
The User is solely and exclusively responsible for all their actions within the Platform, including, but not limited to: (i) Ensuring they have legitimate access rights to the courses and videos they choose to download; (ii) The use of the provided tools, including those for DRM protection removal, for strictly personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes; (iii) The management, storage, and purpose of the files downloaded and saved on their computer or in the STREAB Cloud; (iv) The protection of their access credentials (email and password), being responsible for any activity carried out through their account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
The User is strictly prohibited from using the STREAB Platform to: (i) Redistribute, resell, share, publicly transmit, or in any way commercialize the downloaded Third-Party Content; (ii) Reverse engineer the software; (iii) Perform unauthorized automation or activities that could overload the servers of the source platforms; (iv) Share the encrypted files from the STREAB Cloud with third parties. STREAB provides technological tools for personal and educational purposes, in accordance with the exceptions provided for in applicable law. The responsibility for the use of these tools lies entirely with the User.
5. Declaration on Content and STREAB Cloud
STREAB declares and the User acknowledges that: (i) The Platform acts as a technical intermediary and does not host Third-Party Content; (ii) The videos in the STREAB Cloud are uploaded exclusively by the User and stored in an encrypted manner, inaccessible to STREAB administrators; (iii) STREAB is not responsible for the content stored by its Users, except upon a court order.
6. Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
The subscription is auto-renewing and can be canceled at any time by the User. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not imply an automatic or proportional refund of amounts already paid. Automatic renewal charges are also non-refundable, and it is the User's responsibility to manage their subscription. This policy is in accordance with applicable legislation, which may not extend the right of withdrawal to digital services of immediate consumption that have already been enjoyed.
7. Modifications to the Terms of Use
STREAB reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after the publication of changes will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The jurisdiction of the District of Rio de Janeiro, RJ, is chosen to resolve any disputes.
